CleoPic AI Terms of Service for AI Picture Generation

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CleoPic AI, including its website, accounts, image generation, Credits, Subscriptions, private Generated Assets, and downloads. "We," "us," and "our" refer to this site and its operator.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

The Service

CleoPic AI provides the image generation operations identified as active in the product. Available models, supported inputs, output settings, Credit prices, and access levels may differ. A page describing a possible or inactive capability does not guarantee that it is available.

AI results are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other material, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, model, Credit cost, or usage limit, subject to access already owed under an active paid period.

Accounts

Google Sign-in is the current account-access method. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for activity performed through your CleoPic AI Session. You may not sell, transfer, or share account access, evade a suspension, or use automation to circumvent Credits, rate limits, or other service controls.

Your Inputs

You retain the rights you hold in Prompts, reference images, names, likenesses, and other material you submit ("Inputs"). You grant us and our service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, adapt, and display Inputs only as needed to operate and secure the requested service, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to submit each Input. Do not submit copyrighted works, personal data, names, likenesses, or depictions of a person in a way that violates another person's rights.

Generated Results and Commercial Use

As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of a generated result. Rights in AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction, and these Terms do not guarantee that a result qualifies for copyright or another exclusive right.

Commercial-use eligibility belongs to the selected model operation and the rights revision recorded for its Generation Job. It is not granted by a Subscription tier. A model may be available only when its applicable terms or a written Provider agreement support the requested commercial use.

Commercial eligibility does not guarantee that a result is unique, copyright-registerable, accepted by a distributor, non-infringing, legally cleared, or covered by Provider indemnity. You are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing or relying on it.

Credits and Generation Jobs

Credits are a service usage unit, not money, stored value, or property. The service displays one whole-Job Credit quote before a supported action is submitted, which covers generation and preparing watermarked results. Watermark processing and downloads add no second Credit charge. Credits may be promotional or complimentary, expire, refresh with a Plan, or be non-expiring when purchased in a Credit Pack or granted as a Registration Gift. An eligible verified Google account may claim a one-time 10-Credit Registration Gift, with gifts available to up to three previously unclaimed Google identities per trusted public IP per UTC calendar day. Existing accounts can sign in and use existing Credits normally.

When funding a Job, valid purchased Subscription and Credit Pack Credits are consumed before complimentary gifts or redemption Credits. Within each group, Credits are spent by earliest expiration first, non-expiring Credits last, and then by grant creation order. A Job may combine eligible paid and complimentary Credits. For accounts without an active paid Subscription, a Job funded entirely with complimentary Credits cannot exceed 10 Credits. Having an active paid Subscription or contributing any amount of purchased Credits exempts the Job from this limit. All Jobs require a sufficient spendable balance.

One accepted submission creates one Generation Job and one generation Credit charge. A Job succeeds once at least one ready result is retained with its complete deliverable files. When a terminal failure leaves no usable result, the complete charge is restored to its original Credit sources with original expiration dates and status preserved, without reviving expired or frozen balances. A disliked, unexpected, or commercially unsuitable result is not a failed Job and does not itself create a refund or Credit entitlement.

Optimize prompt is a separate action from generation. Each request costs 1 Credit, spent in the same order as above, and is charged only when it returns at least one suggested prompt; a request that returns none is not charged. Suggested prompts are drafts for you to review, and using one leaves the price and rules of the Generation Job you then submit unchanged.

Prompt from image is also separate from generation. Each request costs 2 Credits, spent in the same order, and is charged only when it returns a prompt; a request that returns none is not charged. Add only pictures you have the right to use. The prompt is a draft for you to review, and using it leaves the price and rules of the Generation Job you then submit unchanged.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid Plans are billed in advance through Waffo Pancake at the price, currency, tax treatment, and cadence shown during Checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Canceling a Subscription stops future renewals only, and access continues through the already paid period without an automatic pro-rated cash refund.

Lite, Pro, and Ultra Plans provide monthly Credit Windows with different Credit allowances. Available Catalogue Models can be used by signed-in Users whose spendable balance covers the quoted Job, subject to the complimentary 10-Credit rule for accounts without an active paid Subscription. Subscription tiers do not restrict available models. A Credit Pack adds non-expiring Credits without requiring a Subscription. Current Paid Access is defined as an active paid Subscription period (even with zero remaining Credits) or a positive usable purchased-credit balance; complimentary, promotional, frozen, revoked, expired, and unreleased Credits do not establish Paid Access. Account history, watermarked viewing and downloads, ownership, and commercial-use eligibility do not require an active Subscription.

You can manage Plan changes through Billing. Available changes, any payment due, and the effective date are shown in the billing portal. When a change takes effect, unused Credits from the old Subscription are removed and the new Plan’s full monthly allowance is issued. Already used Credits are not deducted again. Yearly Plans continue to release Credits monthly. Credit Packs, gifts, and redemption Credits retain their own balances and expiry. Scheduled changes leave the current Plan in place until they take effect.

Refund Policy (Version 2026-09-25)

This policy governs initial Subscriptions, automatic renewals, one-time Credit Packs, and Plan Change payments. All payments are non-refundable in cash, except where required by applicable law or under the two technical exceptions below:

A platform technical error causes duplicate or incorrect charges; or
Paid services persistently cannot be delivered because of a platform technical problem that cannot be resolved.

Ordinary circumstances—including dissatisfaction with generated results, commercially unsuitable outputs, changing your mind, forgetting to cancel a Subscription, or having unused Credits—do not qualify for a cash refund, subject to applicable law.

When a Generation Job fails, charged Credits are restored to their original grant sources with their existing expiration date and entitlement status, without reviving expired or frozen balances. This is a Credit Restore, not a cash refund. Disliking an output does not constitute a failed Job. Canceling a Subscription stops future renewals only, and access continues through the paid period without an automatic pro-rated cash refund.

To request manual review for an eligible technical error or legal exception, submit your transaction details and supporting evidence through our contact form or by emailing support@cleopicai.com. Exception requests receive manual review rather than automatic approval. When a cash refund or payment dispute occurs, affected unused Credits and future Plan benefits may be frozen or revoked. A refund does not delete retained generated files or rewrite saved Public Visibility.

Private Assets and Deletion

Each deliverable generated result includes both a complete original file and a complete CleoPic AI-watermarked version. Image watermark outputs are full-size PNGs while originals retain their model PNG or JPEG format. All account owners can preview, view, and download the complete CleoPic AI-watermarked version of their retained results without consuming Credits. Current Paid Access authorizes previewing, viewing, and downloading the original generation file before CleoPic AI adds its watermark. Paid Access is evaluated at each read across all retained works rather than permanently purchased per file. If Paid Access ends, retained results remain viewable and downloadable in their complete watermarked format until Paid Access is restored, without requiring regeneration.

New Generation Jobs default to Public Visibility enabled. Users with current Paid Access may turn Public Visibility off before submitting a Job. That choice is fixed once the Job is accepted, applies to all results generated by that Job, and is not modified by subsequent Credit purchases, exhaustion, expiration, or refunds. Enabling Public Visibility records your permission for potential future public showcase; all current generated files remain strictly private and owner-gated, with no automated publishing or public gallery.

You may view, reuse, or delete retained results at any time. Result deletion is irreversible and revokes direct access to both watermarked and original files immediately. Accepted reference originals and previews remain available for reviewing and regenerating Jobs. Uploaded references remain accessible only to their owner, while generated assets used as reference media follow current Paid Access rules. Deleting a Job or its final result releases its reference associations; deleting one sibling result does not release them. Media required by another retained Job remains available through that Job, and media no longer associated with any retained Job enters background cleanup after active provider leases end. Account deletion immediately initiates a durable purge of your private media.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

violate law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
impersonate a person or use a name, identity, or likeness without required permission;
create or distribute fraud, malware, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful or illegal material;
probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers;
bypass Credits, access controls, download rules, or technical protections; or
resell the service itself or present a result as guaranteed to be human-made, unique, or legally cleared.

Prohibited Content

You must not ask the service to generate, and must not use, store, publish, or distribute a result as:

sexual, pornographic, or other NSFW content;
sexualized content involving a minor or any content that exploits or endangers children;
non-consensual intimate content;
terrorism promotion, encouragement of violence or self-harm, extreme gore, hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing;
a deceptive impersonation or unauthorized realistic deepfake;
fraud, fake documents or currency, or instructions intended to facilitate harmful illegal acts; or
content that infringes or misuses another person's intellectual-property or other rights.

We may reject a Prompt before Job creation, stop a Job, remove or disable access to a result, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or notify the appropriate service provider or authority when needed to enforce these Terms or protect a person.

Report suspected prohibited content, child-safety concerns, impersonation, or rights infringement through the contact form or by emailing support@cleopicai.com. Include the relevant Job details and information needed to locate the material. Do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel an active Subscription through the available billing controls. We may restrict or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create security or payment risk, misuse a third-party service, or when restriction is required by law.

Termination ends future access but does not remove payment, dispute, security, or legal records that we must retain. Download any result you are entitled to keep before closing an account.

Third-Party Services

Current generation operations use Kie APIs and the model providers identified in the active Model Catalogue to create original outputs. Cloudflare provides hosting, private storage, and full-size image watermark processing. Google, Waffo Pancake, Cloudflare, Kie, configured analytics or support providers, and supported model providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside the part we control.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not warrant a particular creative, technical, legal, or commercial outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
