AI Picture Generator Pricing and Credits

All available models are open to signed-in users whose balance covers the quoted cost, with no restrictions by subscription tier. For free accounts, jobs funded solely with complimentary credits are limited to 10 Credits. Having an active paid subscription or using purchased Credits unlocks higher-cost generations. You can subscribe or buy a one-time Credit Pack.

Eligible verified Google accounts can receive a one-time gift of 10 non-expiring Credits upon sign-in, available for up to three previously unclaimed Google identities per IP address per UTC calendar day. On free accounts, complimentary credits fund jobs up to 10 Credits each. Each generation quotes its whole-job credit cost before submission, which covers both generation and watermarking with no second Credit charge for downloads.

Subscription Credits refresh each month, and unused Credits expire at the end of that monthly window, including on yearly plans. Credit Pack and registration Credits do not expire.

Completed pictures remain stored privately for viewing and full-size watermarked download until you delete them, with no Credit charges for downloads. When you have an active paid subscription (even with no remaining credits) or available purchased Credits, you can also view and download the original generation file before CleoPic AI adds its watermark.

Use Billing to open the subscription portal. It shows available changes, any payment due, and when the change takes effect. At that time, unused credits from your old subscription are replaced with the new monthly allowance; Credit Packs and gifts stay yours. Yearly plans still release credits monthly. Canceling renewal keeps access through your paid period.

If a generation fails without producing a usable image, the full Credit charge is automatically returned to its original balance, with the original expiration date unchanged. A completed result that does not match your preferences is not a failed generation and does not automatically qualify for a Credit return.

All payments for subscriptions, renewals, Credit Packs, and plan changes are non-refundable in cash, except where required by applicable law or under two technical exceptions: duplicate or incorrect charges caused by a platform technical error, or persistent paid-service non-delivery due to a platform technical problem that cannot be resolved. Ordinary reasons—including dissatisfaction with outputs, changing your mind, forgetting to cancel, or unused Credits—do not qualify for a cash refund. If a generation fails, charged Credits receive a Credit Restore subject to existing expiry and entitlement rules rather than a cash refund.
